Coffee Shop Manager

The coffee shop manager is responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of Enlightenment Coffee. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high shop standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere, which provides consistent and friendly service. Self-motivated, honest, reliable, genuine, proactive, customer obsessed, listener, responsible, organized, and level-headed. If these words describe you, we would love to hear from you.

Barista

The barista is responsible for creating an enlightening experience for every customer through their positive engagement, coffee crafting, and leaving the customer with a hint of knowledge.
